HISTORY & BACKGROUND
Decision Focus was created in 2004 by Jon Tollerup and has since successfully grown to become the biggest and most successful partner of Focal Point in Scandinavia. Subsequently Decision Focus UK has been created to offer the same competences, reliability and effectiveness in the UK.
Decision Focus’ solutions are based around the Focal Point product suite from IBM.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Our projects require a holistic approach. We therefore have a broad knowledge of several disciplines that are needed to support our customers' needs.
This involves, amongst others:
- PRINCE2
- ITIL
- CMMi
Because of our many projects in the public sector, we are experienced with Implements Public Project Model and the Ministry of Finance's Business Case model.
We have certified consultants in areas such as Prince2, ITIL and Six Sigma.
PARTNERSHIPS
We are a certified partner of IBM, which develops Focal Point.
For the fifth consecutive year, Decision Focus is the largest Nordic Business Partner for IBM standard solution Focal Point.
We are responsible for a number of the largest and most successful implementations across Northern Europe and are also involved as core competencies in other countries.
